1. Using our apps

haziapp (“we”, “us”) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Your use is also governed by the terms of the store you downloaded the app from: Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement for the App Store, or Google Play’s Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute our apps or their content, or use them to break the law or harm anyone.

2. No accounts

Our apps don’t require an account. App data lives on your device only, so uninstalling an app or clearing its data erases it and we cannot recover it. See the Privacy Policy for details.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Some content is only available with a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play, not by us, at the price shown before you confirm the purchase.

• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before it renews. Your store account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Because there are no accounts, restoring a purchase on a new device relies on the Apple or Google account that bought it. Use Restore Purchases in the app.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds on their behalf.

4. Positions

Who may use Positions

Positions is intended only for consenting adults aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 and that adult content is lawful where you are. The app asks you to confirm this on first launch; confirming it falsely ends your permission to use the app.

What the app does

Positions suggests a sequence of intimate positions, durations and places for two consenting adults, and runs a timer for each round. Everything it shows is a suggestion. You decide what you actually do.

Subscription

The first round of every session is free. Playing every round requires a Positions Unlimited subscription, offered in weekly, monthly and yearly terms with no free trial. Section 3 applies to it.

Your safety and consent

Nothing in the app is medical, physiotherapeutic or psychological advice. Some suggestions are physically demanding. Don’t attempt anything that hurts, and stop immediately if it does. Everything the app suggests requires the ongoing, freely given consent of everyone involved. Use the app only in private, and never show it to anyone under 18 or use it to pressure or coerce anyone.

Content changes

We may add, change or remove positions and text at any time, including without an app update, and we may change how much content is free. A session already generated on your device keeps the rules it started with.

5. Intellectual property

Our apps, artwork, text, names and logos belong to haziapp or our licensors. These terms don’t give you any rights in them beyond the licence in section 1.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using an app at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription. We may stop offering an app or end your licence if you break these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address with the date of the change at the top. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
